Crystal McQueen, BS
Pipeline Program Coordinator
Crystal coordinates East Indiana AHEC's health careers pipeline programming for high school students. She is a graduate of Indiana University and is currently in a student in the MHA program at IUPUI. Most recently, she worked as a Certified Community Health Worker for an integrated healthcare system. Crystal has had experience in both the admin and clinical sides of healthcare across multiple different settings.

Becky Niese, RN, BSN, IBCLC
Clinical Education Coordinator
Becky, a Marian University graduate, coordinates the Southeastern Simulation Consortium, works with AHEC Scholars students, and supports a variety of health professions student / interprofessional education projects at EI-AHEC. Her clinical experience as a labor and delivery nurse serves her well in this role.

Jeff Hartz, M. Ed.
Executive Director
Jeff has served as EI-AHEC Executive Director since 2015 and has been part of the East Indiana AHEC team since 2011. A graduate of Guilford College and Wake Forest University, he has worked in a variety of classroom and community education roles with high school students, college students, and adult learners.
